On several occasions this company has taken care of my four (count 'em, four!) cats when I've been out of town. In 2012 my husband and I inherited a family home in Sugar Grove, NC, just outside of the Valle Crucis Community. We live in Orlando, Florida full time and we realized immediately we would need to find a suitable company to oversee our property and assist us with facilitating and coordinating tasks on our behalf. After interviewing several local companies offering various concierge type service, we were extremely disappointed. On our final day in NC, we had one last person to interview. We had an uneasy feeling that we may not find the appropriate persona and company to fit our needs as well as the top-notch skills, work ethic and professionalism expertise we required. We are delighted to report Theresa Foxx and her companies, Blue Vista Concierge, LLC, turned out to be the perfect personal to assist us. It was as if Theresa was destine to become our personal property manager and we were excited to hire her and the services of her company on the spot. After retaining Ms. Foxx and her company, we were very impressed with the many and diverse services she was able to provide. She is very thorough in anticipating your personal needs based on the information she gleans from the initial client meeting. A wonderful example of her attention to detail is how Ms. Foxx contacted the local Veterinarian's office prior to our first visit to our home with our pets. Theresa asked me to bring along our pet's current medical records so she could have them on hand in case of an emergency. Another example of her ability to assist us was in the coordination of our Thanksgiving retreat last year. At the time I was recovering from major surgery. Our time in NC was to be a medical respite for me. Prior to our arrival, Theresa and I spoke several times and she was able to coordinate many of the dayto-day tasks that I would be unable to take care of while I was recuperating from surgery. Theresa not only coordinated the necessary preparations pertaining to opening our home for our arrival; she also coordinated a major repair project involving our roof. Theresa interviewed and hired a highly skilled and licensed contractor to resolve the issue pertaining to the roof. To say we were more than pleased with the quality of work as well as the cost of the repair is an understatement. As a matter of fact, the result of the work performed far exceeded anything we have ever had completed on our home in Florida. Theresa is very conscientious of our needs and our desire to have any and all issues resolved utilizing the very best resources within the local community. Additionally, Theresa picked up a grocery order I placed with a local supermarket, brought it food items to the house, unpacked everything and set the appliance temperatures to the appropriate settings. Her special touch made our Thanksgiving holiday very special, as we were able to drive up from Orlando, unlock the front door and enjoy our time at our beautiful home. We did not have to worry about any chores and were able to switch into "relaxation mode" as soon as we walked into our home. Theresa has a unique ability to think of the small details one would tend to let slip. She is a wealth of information and has proven to be an invaluable addition in our lives. Being able to contact Theresa at a moment's notice and let her know we are on our way up and then not have to think about anything other than arriving to our house safely is such a delight.
